- Project BriefThis project involves the reconstruction of a single unit in a four-unit complex that was previously destroyed. The rebuild will feature double brick walls and roof tiles. In addition to restoring the unit to its original state, the project aims to enhance its performance by redesigning it to meet new energy efficiency standards, promoting sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

- Project Brief This project consisted of 16 units attached to the Aged Care Facility in Esperance. Double brick, masonry type structures with Colorbond roofing. All units incorporated specific mobility and disability requirements.
Department of Housing and Works 14 Units for Seniors

- Project Brief One and two bedroom units constructed on an elevated site, which resulted in extensive use of masonry retaining walls. The units shared common walls; therefore fire walls were a significant part of the project design.
